Wonderfully Made Intake Form

ABOUT US
Wonderfully Made is led by our Family Ministry Staff at Springboro Baptist Church. Family Ministry Director, Scott Koger, Wee Kidzone Director (Birth-K), Barb Farley & Kidzone Director (1st-th graders), Sheri Conerty.

-Our team of volunteers serve in the roles of Team Lead (age 21+) or Buddy (age 16+).

-Those serving in either role have gone through an application process, 
background check and 4+ hours of training. Continuing education is 
available as well.

-We have a Wonderfully Made check-in station and sensory room.

-Wonderfully Made is open Sunday mornings during the 10:30 service.

-All our children start and end their morning in the Wonderfully Made room.

-After checking-in, your child will meet his/her Buddy.

-Buddies will follow the schedule established by the Family Ministry Staff and parents.

-Our goal is to make all children feel safe, wanted, known, supported, 
and loved. We want to help them grow in their relationship with Jesus in
ways that suit their capabilities.
